Delivery cost

You will know the total delivery cost of your order after adding products to the cart and selecting the delivery method and payment method you are interested in – in the summary you will see the exact value to be paid. Below you will find a list of standard delivery costs, along with the estimated delivery time of your order:

• DHL courier company: PLN 23.00 (For issuing a gift card, a fee of PLN 5 is added)
• Personal collection: PLN 5.00 (Studio Sante Reception ul. Jagiellońska 55A, 03-301 Warsaw) (For issuing a gift card, a fee of PLN 5 is added)
• Electronic shipping (e-mail): PLN 0.00

We would like to inform you that gift cards can be paid for and collected “on the spot” at the Studio Sante Reception desk every day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Delivery time for orders placed online by courier:

• Orders placed and paid for by 1:00 p.m. on business days will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed and paid after 1:00 p.m. on business days will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery time by courier company is usually 1-2 business days.

Delivery time for orders placed online for personal pickup:

• Personal collection of online orders placed and paid for by 1:00 p.m. will be possible on the same business day at the Studio Sante Reception.
• Personal collection of online orders placed and paid after 1:00 p.m. will be possible on the next business day at the Studio Sante Reception.
