Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie in Warsaw is the first hydrogen SPA in Europe. Hydrogen is one of the strongest antioxidants that protects the body against diseases and slows down the aging process. You can take advantage of the properties of hydrogen in Studio Sante in the Gold Hydrogen Jacuzzi, the Salt Cave, one of the steam saunas and in the tepidarium. You can also drink hydrogen water in one of the drinking fountains in the sauna area.
Studio Sante is also the largest sauna zone in Warsaw. We offer our guests: 3 Finnish saunas, 2 steam baths and an infrared sauna. And for those who want to increase their energy level, improve their well-being and figure, we recommend ganbanyoku, a traditional Japanese rock sauna.
Studio Sante is available to guests aged 16+. On Mondays after 7 p.m., we invite only women to a unique Ladies Night.
